ABOUT OUR DBE PROGRAM

Bridging Pennsylvania Developers - I (BPD-I) is committed to enhancing the communities in which we work, through small business participation and growth with a DBE Goal of 6.17%. Our DBE Program strives to ensure transparency, ethics, fairness, and consistency in the contracting and procurement process to facilitate a level playing field for the DBE community.
